What We're Looking For

  • We're looking for volunteers who:

  • Are passionate about strengthening families and communities.

  • Enjoy collaborating with others.

  • Communicate with professionalism and kindness.

  • Can commit approximately 3–5 hours per month for a 12-month term.

  • Want to use their talents to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

Partnership Chair

Purpose

Build and strengthen relationships with organizations, businesses, foundations, churches, and community partners that support the mission of Seven's Grace.

Responsibilities

​

  • Identify prospective partners

  • Build and maintain partnership relationships

  • Coordinate partnership outreach

  • Represent Seven's Grace in partnership meetings

  • Develop sponsorship and collaboration opportunities

  • Help grow the organization's community network

Grant Writer

Purpose

Help secure funding that expands access to counseling and supports Seven's Grace programs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research grant opportunities

  • Prepare grant applications

  • Gather supporting documentation

  • Coordinate proposal submissions

  • Assist with grant reporting when needed

 

Ideal Background

Grant Writing, Nonprofit Development, Technical Writing, Communications, Research

 

Media & Communications Representative

Purpose

Increase awareness of Seven's Grace through strategic communications and media engagement.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop press releases

  • Build relationships with media outlets

  • Coordinate interviews

  • Share organization news

  • Support public awareness campaigns

  • Maintain a consistent public voice

 

Ideal Background

Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing

 

Social Media & Content Coordinator

Purpose

Grow Seven's Grace's digital presence through engaging and mission-driven content.

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule social media content

  • Maintain content calendar

  • Assist with website updates

  • Monitor engagement

  • Support awareness campaigns

  • Help tell stories that inspire hope

Community Outreach Ambassador

Purpose

Connect Seven's Grace with local organizations and community resources to increase awareness and expand access to support.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with community organizations

  • Share information about Seven's Grace

  • Identify outreach opportunities

  • Coordinate participation in community events

  • Help expand referral networks

Event Host & Brand Ambassador

Purpose

Serve as the welcoming face and voice of Seven's Grace at events while representing the organization's mission with warmth, professionalism, and authenticity.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Master of Ceremonies for events

  • Welcome guests and sponsors

  • Introduce speakers and special guests

  • Maintain event flow and audience engagement

  • Represent Seven's Grace at community events

  • Help communicate the mission and vision of the organization

Fundraising & Sponsorship Coordinator

Purpose

Help generate financial support that allows Seven's Grace to expand programs and serve more women.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify sponsorship opportunities

  • Assist with fundraising campaigns

  • Cultivate donor relationships

  • Coordinate sponsorship communications

  • Support fundraising events

  • Help steward existing donors

Events Coordinator

Purpose

Plan and coordinate meaningful events that educate, inspire, and bring the community together.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics

  • Ensure successful event execution

Therapist Network Liaison

Purpose

Build and maintain a trusted network of licensed mental health professionals who support Seven's Grace programs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Recruit counseling partners

  • Build relationships with therapists and counseling practices

  • Coordinate therapist onboarding

  • Maintain therapist directory

  • Support referral processes

  • Help expand access to counseling resources
